Poster submission (due May 17)
- Simply indicate during the registration process if you plan to present a poster. All posters are accepted.
- You may change the title of your poster without informing the program committee.
- The virtual poster session will be on the iPosterSessions platform. Technical details will be emailed to poster presenters directly from iPostersessions/aMuze Interactive.

When your registration is complete, Penn State Conferences and Institutes will confirm your enrollment and provide any additional information you need. Confirmation and information will be sent to the email address that you provide on your registration form. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
Cancellation requests can be received up to fifteen business days before the start of the program for a partial refund. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Please send your written request by email to PSUconferences@psu.edu or by fax to 814-863-5190.
Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may identify a substitute. A full refund will be issued after the substitution registration has been completed. A registration form and full payment by the substitute are required. Substitutes are eligible to register at the same fee.
